Return / Exchange Policy

How to make a Return/Exchange Step-by-Step:
  1. Submit a return request within 15 days of delivery date on our website using this link: click here 
  2. Select the order and item(s) you would like to return.
  3. In the notes write the reason for your return or what you would like to exchange your item for.
  4. All return/exchange requests are accepted or denied according to our return policy. You may be asked to provide pictures of your items. Truly Blessed Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
  5. After you are accepted, you will receive an email from us stating that we accepted your return.
  6. Please send your unworn item(s) back to 7058 E 5th Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 within 7 days of your return acceptance email to receive the full refund. If the item(s) are returned after 7 days, your return will be refunded via store credit or be able to choose an item to exchange.
  7. Once we receive the items back to us we will process your return.

Returns are only eligible within 15 days of delivery.

After 15 days, items are ineligible for return and can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

*We do not provide return shipping labels.

You have 7 days after return approval to ship your item back to us to process the return. Anything after 7 days will be ineligible for a full refund and will receive store credit or an exchange. No Exceptions!

Truly Blessed Jewels reserves the right to process a 10% restocking fee for every return if the return policy is not read and understood.


Exchanges or store credit can only be given within 30 days of delivery.

Items can be returned/exchanged in a letter envelope at your convenience.

Return Request

Permanent Jewelry Repairs

If your permanent jewelry breaks or needs repair due to wear and tear, the first reweld is free. Any subsequent reweld thereafter is $10. If you want to add length or shorten your chain the cost is $10. Any rewelds or resizing of non-TBJ jewelry has a fee of $20.

If you live locally please come into our store at your earliest convenience and we will reweld the chain for you .

If you live out of town you will be asked to ship back the jewelry to 7058 E 5th Ave. Scottsdale, AZ 85251 for repair, in which we can add a clasp so you can continue to wear your piece.  

If your permanent jewelry breaks and is lost within the first 30 days, which can be proven with your service ticket, you can get a replacement chain for half the cost of the original chain.

If your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at right away. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review, name, and order number.
