If your permanent jewelry item breaks or needs repair due to wear and tear, there is a small repair fee of $10-$20. A replacement of the whole chain is half the cost of the item you originally purchased.
If you live out of town you will be asked to ship back the jewelry for repair or replacement. If you live locally please come into our store and we will fix it for you! Replacements will not be made if you have lost the item or if it is past the 15-day return/repair time frame.
If you want to add length or shorten it please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be a reworking fee of $15.00+. You will be responsible for the shipping cost plus the repair fee.

If your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or is deemed to be defective, please contact us at email@example.com right away. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review, name, and order number.
Please Email our e-commerce service department at firstname.lastname@example.org with any issues and pictures of your jewelry within 30 days of delivery.

Returns + Exchange Policy
How to make a return/exchange step by step:
- Submit a return request on our website using this link: click here
- Select the order you would like to return
- In the notes write why you want to return or what you would like to exchange your item for.
- All return/exchange requests are accepted or denied according to our return policy. Truly Blessed Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
- We will accept or deny the return based on our policy. You may be asked to provide pictures of your items.
- After you are accepted, you will get an email from us saying that we accepted your return.
- Please send your unused items back to us to 7058 E 5th Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 within a week of getting accepted to receive the full refund.
- Once we receive the items back to us we will process your return.
Returns are only eligible within 15 days of delivery.
After 15 days, items are ineligible for return and only eligible for exchange or store credit.
You have a week after return approval to get your item back to us to process the return. Anything after a week will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. No Exceptions!
Exchanges or store credit can only be given within 30 days of delivery.
Items can be returned/exchanged in a letter envelope at your convenience.

- Sale items
