Return / Exchange Policy
Repairs, Returns or Exchange
If you have any issues with a piece you have purchased, we will replace or fix it at no cost to you up to 60 days of purchase. If it's a mechanical error or If it's a break or repair do to mishandling, there is a small fee for repair of replacement. You will be asked to ship it back for repair or replacement.
- If you have a lost pendant, chain has split in half or pendant has slipped off, we can send you a quote to replace it at a discounted amount. Please Email our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org with any issue and pictures of repair.
- If you want to add length or shorten an item or repair an item that has broke after the 60 days, please contact us via email@example.com. There will be a reworking fee of $15.00 + roughly. You will be responsible for the shipping cost plus the repair fee.
Returns / Exchanges Process
- Both can be done up to 15 days of purchase. After the 15 days, its exchange only or store credit. Rings are Final Sale. Be sure you buy what you love!
- Please Contact us within 15 days of delivery via our customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contct you asap with an exchange confirmation number and instruction.
- Send a note inside your return explaining what the issue is with order and included order #.
- Then ship items back, at your cost within 15 days of receiving exchange/return confirmation letter. There is a $5 restocking fee for returned items and shipping cost is non-refundable.
