Orders + Shipping
All orders placed before 9 am MST Monday through Friday will be packed and shipped out the day of. All other orders placed after this time will be sent out the following business day.
We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays.

After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, we are no longer responsible for any lost OR stolen packages. Please contact your local Post Office to file a missing package claim.
If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and canceling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order to shop.tbj@trulyblessedjewels.com
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
Shipping will go up due to packaging fees based on the weight of the items. If you purchase items that need to be gifted in their own boxing, the shipping cost will go up due to weight.
Gifts
If the items were marked as a gift, when you purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be mailed to you. If the item/items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Lost Packages
LOST PACKAGES
Truly Blessed Jewels is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address. If you put the wrong address it is not our responsibility.
Truly Blessed Jewels is not responsible for packages lost in transit, misdelivered, or stolen with a confirmed delivery notification to the shipping address.

USPS First Class: 7-10 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days
International Orders
International shipping takes 7-21 business days to arrive. Estimated shipping costs are an additional $30. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees when shipping internationally.
