All orders placed before 9 am MST Monday through Friday will be packed and shipped out the day of. All other orders placed after this time will be sent out the following business day.

We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays.

After an order has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for lost OR stolen packages. Please contact your local Post Office to file a missing package claim.

If you need to make any changes to your order, including canceling the order or changing the shipping address, please reach out to hello@trulyblessedjewels.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Shipping fees will increase due to packaging fees based on the weight of the items - including if you purchase items that need to be gifted in their own boxing.

*We do not provide return shipping labels.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit via email for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item(s) were not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver. 

Truly Blessed Jewels is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. 

In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address. If you put the wrong address it is not our responsibility. 

USPS Ground Advantage: 3-10 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days

USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days

International shipping takes 7-21 business days to deliver. Estimated shipping costs are $30+ depending on delivery location. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees when shipping internationally.
