USPS Ground Advantage: 3-10 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days

Local Pick Up

Truly Blessed Jewels offers free pick-up for local customers at our store - 7058 E 5th Ave., Scottsdale, AZ 85251.

Please allow 1-3 days for the order to be ready for pick-up. You will receive an email confirmation when it is ready in store.

International Shipping

Truly Blessed Jewels offers international shipping to all countries.

International Shipping takes 5-21 business days to deliver.

Estimated shipping costs are $30+ depending on delivery location.

Truly Blessed Jewels is not responsible for customs fees upon delivery when shipping internationally.

Orders + Processing Time

Truly Blessed Jewels DOES NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays.

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 pm MST will be packed & shipped out the same day. If an order is placed after 12 pm, your order will ship out the next business day regardless of shipping selection.

All Made to Order or Engraved Items have a typical turn around time of 1-3 business days after purchase. Please refrain from contacting customer service regarding these order's shipment date until after this timeframe.

If a customer needs to make any changes to their order, including canceling the order or changing the shipping address, please reach out to hello@trulyblessedjewels.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Lost or Missing Packages

Truly Blessed Jewels is not responsible for wrong addresses, lost and/or stolen packages. 

The shipping label printed is directly taken from the address the customer provides at checkout. The customer is responsible for inputting the correct address. It is not Truly Blessed Jewel's responsibility for an incorrect address. 

In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to inquire about the package. We also ask that you reach out to neighbors and/or apartment complexes to inquire. If the package is deemed to be lost/stolen, TBJ can submit an insurance claim 22 days after the stated delivery date.

Gifts

If you are looking to purchase an item as a gift, please leave a gift note during checkout to be included with your order.

If the item(s) was marked as a gift & the item was shipped directly to the giftee, the giftee will receive an online store credit via email for the value of the returned item once the item is received. 

If the item(s) were not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves & then gifted it to you, TBJ will send the refund to the gift giver once the item is received.
