TBJ recommends cleaning your jewelry once a week with Dawn Soap™ and water to maintain its shine and ensure it's longevity.
Materials
14K Gold-Filled
Gold-Filled jewelry is chemically bonded to the base metal, therefore it is made to last with the proper care. You can wear your jewelry day in and day out without the stress of it tarnishing.
Sterling Silver
Sterling Silver Jewelry is water-wearable but does require higher upkeep than 14k Gold-Filled due to dirt and build-up being easier to see on the metal.
14K Solid Gold
Solid Gold jewelry is water wearable and will not tarnish. It can be worn daily with no worries of discoloration.
Returns & Exchanges
All return requests can be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Requests must be submitted on the Returns + Exchanges page to be approved for return. Once your return is approved, you have 7 days to ship your item back to 7058 E 5th Ave., Scottsdale, AZ 85251. If your return is not postmarked within 7 days of return approval, customer will only be eligible for store credit or an exchange.
Reminder, Made to Order items are Final Sale. Please check each item's specific description to note if it is Made to Order & therefore cannot be returned.

Shipping
Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 9am MST Monday - Friday will be packed and shipped out the day of. All other orders placed after that time will be sent out the following business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. For more details, please review our Shipping Policy.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically as soon as the shipping label is bought & your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours after placing your order.

Returns + Exchanges
Repairs
If you have any issues with your order, we will repair or replace the item up to 30 days after your purchase.
Returns + Exchanges
Any returns or exchanges can be made up to 15 days after delivery of your order. After this time frame, your jewelry can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. For more details, please review our Return Policy.
