Orders + Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 9 am MST Monday through Friday will be packed and shipped out the day of. All other orders placed after this time will be sent out the following business day.

We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays.

After an order has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for lost OR stolen packages. If you cannot find a delivery package, please contact your local Post Office, as well as any neighbors to help locate the item. TBJ provides shipping insurance, but claims can only be made 22 days after the stated date of delivery.

If you need to make any changes to your order, including canceling the order or changing the shipping address, please reach out to within 24 hours of placing the order.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Shipping fees will increase due to packaging fees based on the weight of the items - including if you purchase items that need to be gifted in their own boxing.

***We do not provide return shipping labels.


If an item was marked as a gift when purchased & shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit via email for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item(s) were not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver. 

Lost or Missing Packages

Truly Blessed Jewels is not responsible for wrong addresses, lost and/or stolen packages. 

The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address. If you put the wrong address it is not our responsibility. 

In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to inquire about the package. We also ask that you reach out to neighbors and/or apartment complexes to inquire. If the package is deemed to be lost/stolen, TBJ can submit an insurance claim 22 days after the stated delivery date.

International Orders

International shipping takes 7-21 business days to deliver. Estimated shipping costs are $30+ depending on delivery location. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees when shipping internationally.
