Didn't love the sparkle? Send it back to us for a refund.
Please initiate the return & send back the item(s) within 30 days from delivery by filling out the form with the item(s) you want to return & the reason for the return. As a reminder, please see list of items that are Final Sale below & therefore not eligible for a return.
Once the return is approved, please ship back the unworn item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, to 7058 E. 5th Ave. Scottsdale, AZ 85251 within 30 days from delivery date. Please include all shipping materials (tissue paper, jewelry box, pouch, newspaper) to receive the full refund minus shipping fees. Truly Blessed Jewels does not provide return labels.
Truly Blessed Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
Truly Blessed Jewels reserves the right to process a 10% restocking fee for a return if the return policy is not read & understood.

Signature Jewelry Repairs
Was your item(s) damaged, broken or incorrect? We'd be happy to repair or replace the item(s) if it is within 15 days of delivery.
Beyond the 15 day repair timeframe? In most cases, signature item(s) can be repaired, we'd be happy to repair the item just send us an email at hello@trulyblessedjewels.com with a picture of the item, a detailed explanation of the damage & your purchase date & we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
If the item(s) cannot be repaired due to the type of chain or charm & you are beyond the 15 day repair timeframe, we'd love to offer 50% off a replacement. Please email us at hello@trulyblessedjewels.com & we can create a custom promo code or an invoice to get your replacement sent out.

Permanent Jewelry Repairs
We get it, life happens!
If your permanent jewelry breaks or needs repair due to wear & tear, the first reweld is free!
Any subsequent reweld thereafter is $10. If you want to add length or shorten your chain the cost is $10.
Any rewelds or resizing of non-TBJ jewelry has a fee of $20.
If you live locally please come into our store at your earliest convenience & we will reweld the chain for you.
If you live out of town you, please ship back the jewelry to 7058 E 5th Ave. Scottsdale, AZ 85251 for repair, in which we can add a clasp & we'll ship it back to you so you can continue to wear your piece.
If your permanent jewelry breaks & is lost within the first 30 days of purchase, which can be proven with your signed & dated service ticket, you can get a replacement chain for 50% off the cost of the original chain.
