Returns + Exchanges


If you have any issues with our signature jewelry line, we will replace it or fix it at no cost to you up to 60 days of purchase.

If the item has broke, lost a charm or needs a repair due to mishandling, there is a small repair fee of $10-$20. A replacement fee is half the cost of the item.  You will be asked to ship back the jewelry for repair or replacement. Replacements will not be made if you have lost the item or if it is past the 60 day return/repair time frame. 

Please Email our e-commerce service department at wih any issues and pictures of your jewelry.  

If you want to add length or shorten after the 60 days,  please contact us.  There will be a reworking fee of $15.00+. You will be responsible for the shipping cost plus the repair fee.

If you would like to return or exchange your jewelry pieces, please contact us within 15 days of delivery via our e-commmerce email at and we will contct you as soon as possible with further instruction. After 15 days, items are ineligible for return and eligible for exchnage or store credit only.

When shipping your items back, please include a note inside your package explaining the issue and order number.

If an exchange is being made, we will send you a return label to send your items back. However, we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs when returning your items.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged: 

  • Personalized orders
  • TBJ accessories 
  • Shortened items and items made longer
