Return / Exchange Policy
We stand by all our jewelry, so if you have any issues with a piece you have purchased, we will replace or fix it at no cost to you up to 90 days of purchase. This means a clasp repair, jump ring repair, a stone has popped out or if a chain has snapped off at the ends of chain. If the repairs is a simple repair, we got you don't worry!
***If you have lost a pendant, chain has split in half or pendant has slipped off, we can send you a quote to replace it at a discounted amount. Please Email our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org with any issue and pictures of repair.
If you want to add length or shorten an item or repair an item that has broke after the 90 days, please contact us via email@example.com. There will be a reworking fee of $10.00 + roughly. You will be responsible for the shipping cost plus the repair fee.
Returns / Exchanges can be done up to 14 days of purchase. After the 14 days, it's exchange only store credit. Please make sure you are buying what you love.
*Please Contact us within 14 days of delivery via our customer service email and we will contact you asap with a exchange confirmation number and instruction. Please send a note inside your return explaining what the issue is with order #.
You will then be required to ship items back, at your cost with 14 days of receiving exchange/return confirmation letter.
