Return Policy

The return or exchange policy is simple.

Rings are Final Sale.

Custom orders are final.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and nothing is wrong with it, please return to Lisa Valenzuela 2644 S Sailors Way, Gilbert, AZ. 85295.  Make sure all tags are attached and send back within 7 days of receiving package.  

If something breaks, like a clasp or jump ring comes loose, we will fix one time for free within 60 days time frame of purchase (local residents to LA only) .  Otherwise, after 60 days, there will be a repair charge. 

If a stone falls out, we replace the stone one time for free within 60 days of purchase.  

If an item needs to be electroplated in gold or silver, the price will vary and depending on how long you've had it.
