RETURN POLICY

Let's make this easy babe. Refunds are given if the jewelry is resalable and not worn within 14 days of purchase. MUST have receipt.

 ALL sale items are final sale. 

 

 EXCHANGE POLICY 

Exchanges are the same as the refund policy. See refund policy. 

 

 REPAIR POLICY 

Repairs can be resolved at the place of purchase. There is no cost for repairs on jump rings and claps within 30 days of purchase. If chains are damaged or lost there will be a replacement fee. We do not cover shipping costs. If your purchase is after 30 days and no receipt, there is a small repair/replacement fee. Lastly if you need a charm replacement there is a fee. 

 

HOW TO CARE FOR TBJ JEWELS 

Hi Babe! Thank you for supporting your local girl gang!

Clean your jewels once a month. Get that residue off. 

Gold filled is the best and will last a very long time if you give it the love it needs. Do not expose it frequently to chemicals as this might compromise it. Be gentle with your treasures. They will love you for it! 

Lastly, some clients have high acidic levels and will comprise the jewelry. To avoid any discoloring, please remove every so often.
