Truly Blessed Jewels creates next level gold filled necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings. We use high quality gemstones such as; opals, labradorite, moonstone, pearls, gold filled and sterling components. We love that you selected TBJ as your jeweler and look forward to styling you! We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and gift cards. We also except Venmo. (please email email@example.com for further instructions on how to send Venmo)
Please allow 3-7 business days to process and ship out your order. We do have priority & express mail if you need your package rushed, as it will put attention to rush your order.
If you package is marked DELIVERED, and it has not been received, we cannot resend or replace the package if it has been stolen or lost. Please purchase insurance a checkout if you are concerned about item getting lost or stolen during the delivery process.
All domestic orders are shipped USPS First class mail with tracking. Delivery time takes 3-7 day which is completely common, but they’re times in which it does take longer to process. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as they are only estimations and TBJ will not be held accountable as it is out of our control.
***Remember, if you need your package needs to delivered sooner, select the proper rush shipping options such as; USPS priority mail and USPS express shipping. Also, please express your urgency in NOTES at checkout.
USPS Priority Mail * - Delivers in 2-3 business days, after date of shipment is posted.
USPS Priority Express Mail*- Delivers in 1-2 business days guaranteed after date of shipment is posted.
*These options are only available for domestic mailing addresses.
All international orders are shipped USPS First Class International Mail. Delivery time varies from each country. The usual transit time is 10-20 days. However, occasionally packages get stuck in customs which can at times, not always cause a 45 days delay. We have no control over what customs choses to delay or how long they will investigate the package. TBJ will not be held accountable for delivery times and hold ups.
Custom Fee/Duty Charges
We are not responsible for any tax or customs fees associated with your purchase. Many countries will charge a custom/tax fee in order to receive your package which we have no control over.
We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more accurate information. These fees are NOT extra shipping cost from us.
Tracking your orders
Please when setting up your order at checkout to include a working email account so we can send you your tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please remember to purchase insurance on your packages at checkout if you feel the need to protect your package. If you have had issue with packages being stolen in the past, buy it. If your package is marked delivered by any of over carriers it is out of our hands.
If your package is sent back to us
Any packages that are not claimed through your local customs officials and / or post office due to unpaid custom fees/taxes, incorrect address provided, etc. may get sent back to us. If the package is returned back to us for the reasons listed above, you will inquire a re-delivery fee if you choose to have your package sent back out to you and your original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund your order total minus your original shipping cost plus a 5% restocking fee.
Refunds and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just Contact me within 14 days of delivery, ship items back to me with 14 days of delivery.
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
-Custom or personalized orders
-Perishable products (like food or flowers)
-Shortened and items made longer
Returns and Exchange Details
We always strive for the highest level of customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, for a return, your item must be NOT BE used and in the same condition as it was sent. It must also be in the original packaging it was sent to you in.
I will be happy to refund your money for your purchase or unused items, unworn and no damaged jewelry pieces, minus the cost of shipping. Items worn without following the proper care instructions will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Your money (less the delivery fee) will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the item. They buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned delivery and is required to ship the item back with tracking via USPS. All items need to be sent back as instructed above (within 14 days of delivery.). If sent after 14 days of delivery, your items will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
I cannot accept returns currennt due to Covid 19 for hygiene purposes.
If applicable, please make sure to use coupon codes during checkout, as we cannot go back and adjust after the fact. Sorry.
Once you have returned is received and inspected, you will receive and email to notify you that we are in receipt of your item. This process takes 5-10 business days. We will also notify you if your items qualified for a refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you want to add length or shorten an item, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be a reworking fee plus return shipping charge. You will be responsible for the shipping cost plus the repair. And all exchanges need to be set back to our office within 14 days of delivery. If the items were marked as a gift, when you purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be mailed to you. If the item/items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns are required to be sent back with tracking. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Additional polices / FAQ’S
Caring for your jewelry
Although we sell gold filled jewelry, there are some of you that have high acidity levels. This may cause the gold to become dull and I can’t prevent that. So, if you know your skin is acidic, just take off jewels and let them breathe every so often.
Stay away from toxic chemicals and saltwater such as perfume sprayed directly on items or chlorine.
When traveling, use gift pouch but let an inch of chain hangout of bag to prevent from tangling.
Although you can sleep in your jewelry, it may cause chains to pull, tangle and pinch which can weaken chains.
Use jewelry cleaner or Dawn Soap to take body oils off every 30 days.
